Request access to your personal data

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and the New Zealand Information Privacy Principles (IPPs), you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you.

This is called a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR). You may also request that we correct, delete, restrict or provide a copy of your data, or object to how it’s being used.

We are committed to handling your request fairly, securely, and within the timeframes required by law.

• Erasure of your data (right to be forgotten)
• Restriction of processing
• Transfer of your data to another provider (data portability)
• Objection to data processing activities

We take your privacy seriously. Any documents submitted will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

How long will it take?

We aim to respond within 30 calendar days. In rare cases, where the request is complex or involves a large amount of data, we may extend this timeframe and will notify you promptly.
