Michael has over three decades of insurance experience, specialising in aviation underwriting. With extensive experience writing risks in Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and the South Pacific, he has written policies across the entire aviation industry, including airline, manufacturing, airports and general aviation.
Jamie is an insurance professional with over 20 years’ experience in all facets of aviation insurance including claims, broking and underwriting. Jamie has worked in the London market before coming over to the Australian market in 2010.
David has 15 years specialist aviation insurance experience, including 10 as a broker. David is an active licenced pilot with over 14 years of flying experience, a licenced drone operator and solo glider pilot.
Clayton has a background in commercial helicopter operations specialising in tourism operations and holds a Commercial Helicopter Pilots Licence. Since 2020 he has held both broking and underwriting positions at specialist aviation insurance firms.
Angela began her career in finance before transitioning into Underwriting. At Agile she specialises as an Aviation and Drones Underwriter. Angela was awarded the Inaugural Lloyd’s Innovator Scholarship for her submission on leveraging technology to support and grow the Lloyd’s brand.
Gini has been around aviation for more than 30 years. She holds a Student Pilots Licence and has completed 23 skydiving jumps. She has a solid background in administration and has been specialising in aviation insurance admin since 2017.
Matt is an aircraft engineer by trade starting out his career at British Airways working on B707/B747/Concord and has held a Private Pilots Licence. He has in excess of 40 years insurance experience in the London and Australian insurance markets across broking, underwriting and claims management and in classes including Accident & Health, Kidnap & Ransom, Commercial Property, Management & Professional Lines and of course, Aviation.
Justin has a solid background in aircraft maintenance and repairs across a broad spectrum of the general aviation industry including vintage, ex-military and aerial agriculture. He holds a wide range of relevant qualifications including B1 LAME and Private Pilot’s Licence and owns and operates his own aircraft.

Specialising in Financial Lines, he has worked as both a broker and underwriter, giving him a strong understanding of brokers’ needs. His extensive market experience brings deep technical knowledge and a practical, solutions-focused approach to complex Financial Lines risks.
Sharna commenced her insurance career in 2001 and has extensive experience across broking and underwriting, specialising in Financial Lines. She has worked across a range of organisations, from suburban insurance practices to large multinational insurers, and has also managed an Authorised Representative business. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and brings a practical, commercial approach to finding solutions for clients.
Her experience spans complex liability matters, policy interpretation and stakeholder management. Anna also works closely with the underwriting team, sharing claims insights that help inform policy wordings, processes and the ongoing development of Agile’s Casualty and Financial Lines portfolios.

With over 35 years’ experience across the London and Australian insurance and reinsurance markets, he has underwritten a broad range of property risks, from large multinational accounts to smaller commercial businesses, and managed teams across ISR and multi-class portfolios.
He brings a consistent and considered approach to underwriting, with a focus on supporting brokers, understanding each risk and achieving sustainable outcomes for all stakeholders.
As a senior property underwriter, Henry combines technical risk analysis with market insight to evaluate both risk and Catastrophe exposures across Australia’s diverse landscape. He underwrites open market and facultative reinsurance placements while maintaining careful oversight of the Syndicates risk exposure.
Ellie has been underwriting property ISR business for the last four years. In addition Ellie manages the Delegated Authority Administration running portfolio analysis and cover holder performance.
A Commerce and Financial Accounting graduate from UNSW, Ellie brings a sharp analytical mindset to every submission.

Ana is fairly new to the insurance industry, joining Agile in 2024, bringing with her a strong background in administration and management across IT and logistics sectors. As Customer Success Manager at Agile, she supports brokers while also helping drive smooth and efficient operations across the business.
