Overview
The Agile Casualty product has three distinct sections. Public and Products Liability protecting your business from claims arising from injury or damage to third parties.
Statutory Liability this covers businesses and individuals for unintentional breaches of certain New Zealand statutes, which may result in fines or other penalties.
Employers Liability can provide additional protection for situations not covered by ACC.
